# Organization Insights

The Organization Insights Report is StrataEMR's primary analytics report for practice owners and managers. It delivers a multi-layered snapshot of business performance across scheduling, billing, and collections — for any date range and facility combination you choose.

## How Organization Insights Works

Organization Insights pulls five layers of practice performance into a single report: scheduled visit activity, billing output, top CPT code trends, payer and facility breakdowns, and payment collections. Together, they give you a complete picture of how the practice performed across any period — without having to cross-reference multiple reports.

The report supports custom date ranges, whether you're reviewing a single week, a full month, or several months at once. You can also filter by facility, making it equally useful for a single-location snapshot or a multi-site comparison. Every section is designed to stand on its own or be read together as a full picture of practice health.

## Schedule Insights

Activity based on how appointments resolved on the schedule for the selected period.

| Metric            | What it shows                                     |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| Visits Scheduled  | Total appointments on the schedule for the period |
| Visits Billed     | Appointments that resolved as completed visits    |
| Pending Documents | Visits with documentation still in draft status   |
| Cancellations     | Appointments cancelled during the period          |
| No-Shows          | Appointments where the patient did not attend     |

Schedule Insights can also break down daily visits by category — for example, separating commercial visits from Medicare initial evaluations — giving you a granular view of how your visit mix is distributed across the period.

## Billing Insights

Revenue and productivity metrics based on charges submitted during the selected period, broken out by facility.

| Revenue               | Total revenue from billed visits for the period |
| Avg Units per Visit   | Average billable units submitted per visit      |
| Avg Charges per Visit | Average charge amount per billed visit          |

## Top Billed CPT Codes

A breakdown of your most frequently billed procedure codes for the selected period, organized by facility.

| Avg Units   | Average units billed per visit for that code  |
| Avg Charges | Average charge amount per visit for that code |

## Facility & Payer Scenario

A breakdown of collected money organized by payer type, showing how payments are distributed across the different insurance and payment sources your practice serves.

| Commercial     | Payments received from commercial insurance payers  |

## Payment Insights

Total payments collected for the period, broken down by collection source and facility.
