StrataPT provides structured, role-specific training during onboarding. After go-live, these resources remain available for refresher training, onboarding new hires, and deepening your team’s proficiency with StrataEMR. All training content is available at learn.stratapt.com. The sections below organize materials by role so each team member can find what’s relevant to their daily work without wading through everything.

Training by Role

For Clinicians

Clinician training covers the workflows therapists and assistants use every day: patient documentation, treatment planning, clinical reporting, and the connection between clinical decisions and billing outcomes.

For Front Desk and Admin Staff

Front desk and admin training covers scheduling, patient intake, check-in/check-out, demographics management, and insurance verification.

For Billers

Biller training covers the billing workflows for claims management, payment posting, denial handling, patient billing, and collections reporting.

For Practice Owners and Managers

Practice owner training covers system administration, reporting, operational oversight, and how to use StrataEMR data to make informed business decisions.

Onboarding New Staff

When you hire new team members after go-live, they’ll need training on StrataEMR. Here’s how to get them up to speed. Self-service training. New hires can start with the recorded training sessions and written guides listed above for their role. These cover the same material delivered during your initial onboarding training. Knowledgebase resources. The Guides section of this knowledgebase provides step-by-step walkthroughs for all major workflows. Point new hires to the guides relevant to their role as a hands-on learning resource. Refresher sessions. If recorded materials aren’t sufficient for a new hire’s role or your practice has specific workflow customizations that aren’t covered in standard training, you can request a live training session.

Requesting Refresher Training

If your existing staff need a refresher on a specific workflow, or if StrataEMR has released new features your team hasn’t been trained on, you can request additional training.
