The mobile-friendly schedule is a phone-optimized view of your daily appointments. It is designed for clinicians who see patients in the field — home health, mobile therapy, and any setting where you’re navigating between locations throughout the day.
Access: Any clinician can view their own mobile schedule. Therapy Directors and above can view the mobile schedule for other staff members.

Open the Mobile-Friendly Schedule

From the main schedule, select the phone icon at the top of the screen. The view defaults to the agenda for the currently logged-in clinician for today’s date.

What You’ll See

At the top of the screen, a summary preview shows the total number of appointments for the day along with the time of the first and last appointments. Below the preview, the day’s timeline lists each appointment in order. For each appointment, you’ll see:
  • Patient name
  • Appointment time
  • Patient address
  • Action icons for calling or texting the patient number on file, editing the appointment, and beginning documentation
A map link is also available to view all appointments plotted on a map and get driving directions between locations. At the bottom of the screen, personal productivity stats for the clinician are displayed. These include total units billed, total mileage, and total pay based on submitted encounters and the defined pay rate.

Start Documentation from the Mobile View

Select the clipboard icon on any appointment to open and begin the clinical document for that visit. You don’t need to return to the full schedule view first.
