The Image Library is a central storage area for images that your practice wants to use inside clinical document templates. Once an image is uploaded here, it becomes available to include in any template — typically for custom exercise illustrations, body diagrams, or other reference visuals.Documentation Index

The Image Library is for template images only. It is not used for patient intake documents or faxing. To store documents for a specific patient, use the Stored Documents page on their case instead.
Navigate to the Image Library
- From the blue Menu Bar, select Setup.
- In the left column, select Image Library.
Upload an Image
From the Image Library page, select the upload option and choose the image file from your computer. Once uploaded, the image is saved to your organization’s library and is available for use in templates. Accepted file types are JPEG and PNG. PDF files are not supported.Using Images in Templates
After uploading an image, it can be inserted into a template from within the template editor. Images are typically added by a StrataPT team member when setting up or customizing a template for your practice. If you need an image added to an existing template, contact your StrataPT account team through the Messaging feature.Staff signatures and facility logos are managed separately. Staff signature images are uploaded via Setup > Staff > the individual staff member’s profile. Facility logos and letterhead are managed through facility settings and are updated by the StrataPT team. See Facilities for details.
